Clean room and facilities, easy transportation to the airport, helpful staff, and delicious breakfast. I had a quick but wonderful stay at the hotel. The room I stayed in was spotless, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. I appreciated how easy it was to get to the airport, as there was a train station in close proximity. The staff were also really helpful during my stay, and the breakfast had options that were truly delicious.

This hotel has a great location close to the airport and with easy access to public transportation. The room service was fantastic and the staff were kind and helpful. The fitness center and swimming pool were clean and well-maintained, providing a great way to unwind after a long day of traveling.

The restaurant was not up to par with limited menu options and slow service.

The complimentary shuttle service from the airport was prompt and saved us from the hassle of getting a taxi. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the lobby area. The hotel’s location was convenient for our early morning flight.

We were disappointed with the quality of our Thanksgiving dinner, which was overpriced and underwhelming. The room was uncomfortably hot and although we complained, nothing was done to resolve the issue. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were unhelpful and often seemed bothered by our questions. we would not recommend this hotel for holiday or celebratory stays.

The location it has so close to the terminal, the restaurant, airport is fantastic.

We stayed here for 1 night and loved the place. The hotel was luxurious and stylish in general, had EFFICIENT staff at both the check-in and check-out. The location was unbeatable and ideal, not too far from Visitors Terrace.

The hotel offered two complimentary drinks upon arrival and a breakfast buffet with a variety of offerings. The location was convenient, with a bus stop conveniently located nearby. Additionally, the bed was extremely comfortable, allowing for a good night’s sleep.

On arrival, the check-in process seemed to take longer than necessary. Additionally, the restaurant food options were not impressive and some items on the menu were unavailable. However, overall the stay was pleasant and provided a comfortable experience during a business trip.

make sure you stay in the standard king room with soft towels, individual climate control plus mini bar. also, the location is comfy, minutes from visitors terrace.

Liked the executive queen room we had in good condition. The breakfast offered was large with other meant to be hot food and warm dishes, for example. All of the staff members were attentive and genuinely helpful.

We expected there would be roomservice, but didn't find it.
